The Role buySAFE Plays in the Plus Privacy with TRUSTe Program

TRUSTe has partnered with buySAFE to provide this exciting new program. This allows us to offer the program at a price much lower than our TRUSTe Privacy program for large Internet companies. buySAFE provides three important services for this program:

• Merchant inspection & monitoring – to ensure every merchant with the Plus Privacy with TRUSTe Seal is professional, reliable and trustworthy, each merchant in the program must have a buySAFE account in good standing. buySAFE Account Fees are COMPLETELY WAIVED when you are also using TRUSTe.
• Privacy Policy Wizard – since many online merchants don’t yet have a valid privacy policy, TRUSTe has partnered with buySAFE to create a Privacy Policy Wizard that allows you to create your own, fully certified privacy policy that will be customized to address your individual business needs.
• Plus Privacy TRUSTe Seal Management – buySAFE manages the Plus Privacy with TRUSTe seal. Your TRUSTe Seal will appear next to your buySAFE Seal on your website.
